Dear all,
I was more than pleased by taking part on this course! I am a professional illustrator with a degree in Fine Art & Illustrator and already knew some of the techniques taught in this course. However, I still learned as many new techniques which I will be using a lot from now on!
This course taught by the talented Akimaro, challenged me to bend my art style and try new things, use a variety of new different colors which I normally wouldn't dare to mix and find useful resources to boost my work. I'd recommend this course to everyone who wants to give their work a little something extra and make it feel more alive.
About my work for this course, I used the 3 panels narrative taught in this course to illustrate 3 stories of my childhood:
Story number 1
The simplest one and the first one I did. One of the most popular games of my childhood that everyone knows as hide and seek. While there's not something special on the narrative I tried to display the enviroment I grew up in, Full of green colors and a blue sky.
Story Number 2
A card game me and my fiends were crazy about when we were younger. I believe most of you can tell what that card game is. We were competitive and alwasy played matches to settle our arguements. So I wanted to represent that intese feeling we felt when we were playing card games as children.
Story Number 3
I used to watch anime since when I was younger and always drew some characters from them. But then I came across Bakuman and changed me from wanting to draw characters into wanting to create my own. One day my father bought me a bakuman set with tools to start as a manga artist and it was the best gift of my life. That's when I started drawing with ink.

Professeur PlusSalut Thomas!
