Academic Coordinator

Reporting to the Academic Director and joining a team of 7 coordinators, will be responsible for coordinating the Masters for the international market, as well as the creation of new Masters in Design (in English).

Academic coordination:

- Recruitment of teachers.
- Collaborate in the development and planning of training sessions of the different online Masters.
- Coordinate with the teachers the preparation of the contents and the necessary materials for each course, managing the timings and deadlines to reach the objectives.
- Responsible for controlling and monitoring the design of each of the presentations made and elaborated.
- Act as an administrator giving support in the online sessions of the Masters, both for students and teachers, solving any incident, as well as insuring dynamic sessions.
- Once the Master has begun, coordinate, supervise and follow up on a good development of the different programs.
- Advise, accompany and supervise the team of teachers.
- Direct attention to the student, resolving incidents and keeping track of any needs or doubts.

Profile / Requirements:

- Essential very high level of English/Native
- Very valuable knowledge of Graphic Designer.
- Good communication and dialogue skills at all levels.
- Organizational and management capacity.
