Cuadrilla is a center for creation, learning, manufacturing and display based in Bogóta, Colombia.
The idea is based on a japanese art form “Gyotaku” that applies out inks or other natural pigments directly on sheets or others relatively flat objects in order to get an image with shapes and varied textures. The contrast to the handmade and organic items are basic and colorful geometric shapes representing the mechanical aspect and industrial processes.
This case study was created during my time in Vasava Studio.
