Life has been shaken to an anxiety filled standstill as we all try and navigate the new day by day. On the lockdown, I wanted to make some art, that reflect a peaceful image we need on these times, I had in mind a person doing calm meditation.
Take care of yourself, your friends, and your family.
Ways to cope with stress
Take breaks from watching or listening to news stories, including social media.
Take care of your body. Take deep breaths, stretch, or meditate.
Make time to unwind. Try to do some other activities you enjoy, movies, videogames, music...
Connect with others. Talk with people you trust about your concerns and how you are feeling.
