Este restaurante ofrece una interpretación contemporánea de la comida típica colombiana; el diseño que hicimos, presenta un lenguaje visual moderno que refleja la cocción y presentación de la propuesta gastronómica.

• The restaurant’s branding, created by designer Arutza Rico Onzaga, presents a visual, modern interpretation that reflects its dishes. “The name ‘La principal’ refers to the main street of many Colombian towns,” says Onzaga, “and for that reason, I chose to work with playful typographic forms and fluorescent colors that represents the cheerful Colombian culture.” A highlight of the restaurant’s interior design include a wall mural that captures the mythical elements of Colombian agricultural history.
