Custom Red Hot Chilli Peppers

El pedido del cliente de la marca Cabify era hacer un par de Zapatillas para el próximo festival Cabify Music. Donde el principal artista era el grupo "Red Hot Chilli Peppers" presentándose en Santiago de Chile.

The client's request from the Cabify brand was to make a pair of sneakers for the upcoming Cabify Music festival. Where the main artist was the group "Red Hot Chilli Peppers" performing in Santiago de Chile.

La primera idea y el primer boceto fue elegir un par de Vans Old Skool ya que es un calzado más bien rockero y que lleva a este tipo de música, pero no estaba conforme, seguiría buscando ideas.

The first idea and the first sketch was to choose a pair of Vans Old Skool because it is an instead rocker footwear that leads to this type of music, but I was not satisfied; I would continue looking for ideas.

Para ello el par de Zapatillas se basó completamente en el disco "Blood Sugar Sex Magik" acompañado del diseño de tribales que estaban muy de moda en esa época.

Luego supe que en una época el grupo había trabajado directo con la marca Nike para algunas campañas y creí que entonces era una muy buena idea usar esta marca, por lo que quise usar para este proyecto un par de Nike Dunk Low y trabajar sobre ellas en cuero negro el Asterico * del logotipo famoso del grupo musical.

Se hicieron los bocetos y el trabajo se puso en marcha...
