My project for course: Illustration for Tarot: Crafting Your Signature Style

I have tried a whole different color scheme in this course. I usually am proned to pick vibrant colours, mostly green, red and black, but now I tried to get into more darkness and mysterious vibes; hence a somber gray/black/beige/brown color palette with a hint of orange and yellow. In that way, a dark and starry sky is always possible to achieve on every card, and the back of the cards can be dramatic. I have tried to bring in a lot of symbols, but I feel that I need to continue with my journey of searching for the best symbols that work for me.

Right now I took the shortest way through the course (I did it on Procreate for one), but I am planning to dive into it more when I have time. I have loved this course; thank you Elisa for a very interesting time - and I love your illustrations!
