My project for course: Commercial Illustration with Colored Pencils

*NOTE: A mostly low-tech project (don't have photoshop!). But a good experience for creative flex and learning more about working with color pencil.

THE BRIEF: The Facet Collection was an imagined in-house brief to advertise in poster, magazine and postcard formats. The company, Art House Styling, treats interiors as fine art visuals, hence the non-photographic media for the project.
*I used the jewel concept in the course to inspire the faceted nature of the furniture and accessories.

ISSUES:
- Using color pencils for more than color fill was challenging
-different brands and hardness of pencils were trial and error
- no photoshop to improve the quality of the final piece.
