Testing Teamwork Experiences with the MakeTeamWork LAB

One thing is to know what should be changed in a team culture, and another is to make it work as a great team experience.

How might we create engaging teamwork experiences and test them with teamwork enthusiasts before offering them to clients?

The MakeTeamWork LAB started as an open community for us to create and test some of our solutions with people before they ‘go live’ to our clients. Together with team members worldwide, we explored topics such as Psychological Safety, Team Cohesiveness, Feedback, and more.

Today, after a few years, we take this experience of LAB forward, facilitating Teamwork sessions directly within clients' organisations, as well as part of our Quirky Owl Collaboration Champions program.
