Hexds (pronounced “heads”) is an irreverent brand of premium haircare products. “First things first” is their slogan, which nods to their star product: a hair primer designed to set you up to protect, define, shape and style your strands in whatever way you very well please. Inspired by the creative irreverence and nonchalant attitude in the world of high-fashion, the brand is visually and viscerally both bold and light. Intermittent black and white photographs and negatives are used abstractly throughout touchpoints, projecting a sense of freedom of expression. Like it’s ultimate users, the brand’s packaging is designed to stand out. It walks forward and follows no one.
