I used the Pitt Artist Grayscale pens at the end to go over areas I wanted darker

I used Ohuhu & Copic alcohol markers, Faber Castell grayscale Pitt pens & Fine liners (.1 & .5) & a white .7 Posca paint pen

This project really pushed me outside my comfort zone! I’ve never really used alcohol based markers before, so I borrowed some that my daughter had. Definitely preferred the less saturated colors from Copic! Although, I enjoyed having to plan out each stroke with the Ohuhu since they are so vibrant. I used my Faber-Castell grayscale Pitt Artist pens to go in and add the shading at the end. They worked great because they add a translucent layer to mute the colors in areas where I went overboard! I also tend to be a very precise drawer when I’m capturing a building in the past, and holding the pen at the end and going straight in with ink really brought the building to life!
