Head of Product and Tech - Fulfillment - Zara.com

Leading a team of Product Managers and Tech professionals that design, define, and build the tech stack powering Zara.com warehouses worldwide (50+):
• Set the vision and strategy for Zara.com warehouses in partnership with our executive and engineering teams.
• Launched several initiatives to automate and optimize Fulfillment workflows.
• Define the roadmap, business requirements, measures of success, and features for our products and services, and work across the company to deliver these to market.
• Operate strong customer feedback loops, identify, and drive measurements, and creatively use data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right products over time.
• Create consensus for the Fulfillment area vision, both internally and with key external partner teams.
• Drive highly visible and impactful decisions for Logistics at a senior executive level at Inditex.
• Focus on developing talent, making great hires.
