Rainy Text Poster

For this composition I decided to develop the text vertically trying to arrive and maintain a "rain of letters" effect, if you look carefully, in some areas there are letters larger than others, the reason is because in some areas there were two identical letters, so instead of leaving two identical letters side by side, I decided to make only one but that would occupy the space of both.
The process starting from the preliminary design in pencil to calculate the spaces and than I moved to the correction of the weights of each letter to have a homogeneous density.
I recreated the composition using a Brause nib and Sumi Ink Stick.
Finally, after scanning the original I relied on the professionalism of Filippo (founder of Edizioni Perpetua) to get to the result you see in this project.
