Meet Rabbit! She's rambunctious, enjoys running around the woods, and collecting flowers to weave into little crowns. She's on her way to getting into trouble but that's a worry for another day.
I had been floating the idea of writing a short story about a girl wearing a rabbit mask and this course presented itself as the perfect opportunity to flesh her out so to speak. There were a few things I got stuck on but it was quickly resolved with the multitude of sketches throughout helping round out the design. Overall I'm thrilled with the final character and can't wait to include her in future projects.
This course was very nicely put together and easy to follow along, which I greatly appreciated! It's a great lesson on character creation and I thoroughly enjoyed taking it as a refresher to prior lessons I've had in the past. I might come back from time to time to refresh myself on the process.

This looks fantastic Emrys! I love the final design and how you rendered it. You've handled the flower design very well so it's not too busy and fits the style of the character. Great job on the mask turnaround as well. Congrats on completing the course!
@magdalina_dianova Thank you so much!
I’m just a guy but I don’t know anything but I would add a unique feature to the bunny mask because the bunny masks going to be hard to trademark just as a bunny mask like earrings on one of the ears?
@iamhackcomic Because this is cute but you don’t wanna end up with a finding Nemo situation where you really can’t protect your copyright because they use just a regular fish

@iamhackcomic Thanks for the suggestion! To be honest I intended the mask itself to be very simple, like something a kid might get at a costume shop, If I go to continue the story past notes and character design then I’ve been considering adding a scribbled star or bandaid.
Nice! The bunny ears on a girl is very popular right now because of the American show and I think a Japanese anime had something similar so yeah you just want to have it a little bit different I was thinking maybe a tiny baseball cap between the ears like the people like a mascot on a tiny baseball cap of a person instead of an animal sorry I was just looking at you looking around on domestic and saw this and really liked it
I apologize for the weird language translation, I just noticed the website is auto translating my english text and it can be just off from what I meant.
Yeah my Spanish stinks I can hear Spanish but I don't speak or really type it much yet but Bob's Burger in America has a character that wears the bunny ears and the Japanese movie that inspired Bob's burgers I can't remember
But you're super talented so keep going I don't know what your end plan is but keep producing making whatever you want to make if the character is going to be evil the bunny hat bunny ears having a tiny mask between them that you pull down that covers the bunny ears on the face like so then it looks like a crazy face stressed out by a bunny if you're going to make like a horror movie that would be cool
Me he quedado flipando con tu diseño.
@erisan Thank you for mentioning the language setting!! I had no idea that was an option, had to play where's waldo for a sec. Google will auto-translate most of the time and it's how I've been getting through the written sections of the courses 😂
I'm really glad to hear you love the design! I have a story concept in the rough sketch phase right now and I'm considering doing more afterwards, it's just a matter of finding time and deciding how I wanna do it 😅
Esta verdaderamente hermoso!!! Mme encanta tu trabajo 😁
