Although I'm not new to the pattern design field and working in it for a few years, it was very interesting and useful to try a new way of creating patterns.
Information about licensing, negotiating with clients and showcasing personal work was very valuable and helped me to improve as a professional.
I considered everything I've learnt in the course and planned my next steps towards improving my portfolio and collaborating with a dream-clients.

Wow, I am such a fan of how this turned out! I love seeing the original sketch and painting, and how it evolved into your print. I especially love that you took it a step further to mock up on some products, I can definitely see these prints working on stationery and gift wrap - perhaps even women's apparel? I am so happy that you were able to pick up some new tips!

This is such a beautiful, cohesive project! There are so many design possibilities. I was drawn to your project immediately, because it reminds me of Victorian and Craftsman period wallpapers. Your presentation is delightful!
