Passion for Baking

In my `passion for Baking` I would like to pinpoint that baking is HARD.
A cake comes out too soggy or too dry, and I have never before reached the stage of `the perfect cake`, this only speaking of consistency (and maybe flavor).

Other than what you put into your mouth, the love for a cake should come from looking at it.
To give your eyes the pleasure of `tasting` the cake.
To put your complete inspiration and passion for art in an edible thing.
A choice of freedom to make a cake more attractive in your own way, and to show the people a part of yourself in a -not so- convenient way.

By following this course I would love to bring out the best of myself.
One by making a wonderful, delicious cake, and apart from that for making it look like it was made by *me* as an individual.

I Hope to never make the same cake twice, even with the same design.
Failure will be a part of the way to the perfect cake, and every flaw will be viewed with a sense of the learning curve.

Hopefully to open up a cake shop in the future :)
