Bloody Flowers in Creating Patterns Using Watercolor course

I've created some watercolor flowers that can be used for a pattern and tried to clean them up a bit.

Not sure if there are some guidelines regarding what type of watercolors are better suited for digital export and manipulation. Maybe more opaque and non-granulating colors?

For the illustration of the flowers, I've used "Lunar Black" (PBk11), and "Potter's Pink" (PR233) which are highly granulating colors. For highlights, I've used "Rose Madder Genuine" (NR 9). All colors are transparent.
