Little whale, little whale,
swimming in the sea,
Why do you look so sad?
what could it be?
Look all around me,
do you see what I see?
Plastic has found its way,
into the sea.
Little whale, little whale
Swimming in the sea,
There has to be a way,
To rid of it, do you agree?
Let’s gather all the community
And I can guarantee
The more of us that lend a hand,
The happier our sea will be.
Word got out, far and wide,
To everyone in the sea,
It was time to make a stand
And make the ocean plastic free.
One by one they used their tails
Working in teams.
They pushed all the rubbish
Towards the sand beside the sea.
Little whale, little whale
Swimming in the sea,
Why do you look so happy?
What could it be?
Look all around me,
Do you see what I see?
Plastic has found it’s way
Out of the sea.
Little whale, little whale,
You’ve changed history.
You showed how a dream
Can become a reality.
It goes to show that all you need
Is a bit of integrity.
Don’t forget, it couldn’t be done
without an amazing team!
