Liz Hampton

I have always loved words and the power that they contain and because of this for nearly 60 years I've been an avid reader and writer. I have now retired from a career as an International English language and literature teacher which has taken me to many parts of the world. Raising four children gave me plenty of opportunities to find, read and enjoy a plethora of children's books and I would now like to start writing and maybe illustrating my own (although I can only copy; I am not a good artist.) I have published online about thirty poetry and prose pieces and I would like to publish a compilation of these too. I have written one Children's Story in rhyme and I aim to add to this in a series, but I would first like to illustrate and publish this one to test the waters. I need all the help I can get!
