PRODUCT DESIGNER - UX/UI

We are looking for a Product Designer that can solve complex problems in a creative way for all our ongoing digital challenges. Approaching these projects with diagonal thinking and passion. You will need to develop cutting-edge products and services with an implacable wish of innovation, balancing with our client business requirements and end user real necessities.

You should be methodical and be an advocate passionate about the end user experience. You must think big and build solutions that can scale to meet the needs of our clients and all of thousands of their users. You must build trust with technical credibility, taking decisions and doing a good daily follow-up with techsociety multidisciplinary technical teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Design of all kinds of cross platform digital products such as web, mobile applications, back office… dealing with big variety of clients and requirements
- Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems and generate new visual language
- Collaborate with the product management team to translate business and client requirements into highly usable and successful design solutions.
- Conceptualize and map out complex user flows and user journeys that would enhance and drive consumer engagement and conversion for functional challenges.
- Craft user journeys, interaction models, process flows, storyboards and prototypes.
- Design from wireframes to high resolution screens to illustrate product behavior along defined use cases.
- Definition of the main look and feel of the product creating a consistent and solid design system and UI style guide.
- Create UI flows and participate in rapid iterative user testing to refine the UI.
- Document product requirements, usability guidelines and flows for following stages of implementation.

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex and interactive design concepts in a clear and persuasive way to different audiences (Teams and Clients)
- Experience building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features/products that encompass an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms
- Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function
- Autonomous person, methodical, initiative, analytical, creative and sensitive with a special attention to details.
- You have a bachelor/master in Design / Fine artes / UX, UI or similar.
- Knowledge of UX/UI Design principles and processes
- More than 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer
- High skills in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Axure…
- Adobe package knowledge: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects…
- Knowledge and correct application of Android Material design and Apple style guides.
- Fluent, high English and Spanish level.

WILL BE VALUED:

- Definition of data analysis KPIs in conjunction with UX teams and clients. Use of measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience guiding research efforts to understand the client and the end user needs, such as heuristics, usability testing, focus group, big data analysis and competitors benchmarking.
- Knowledge on HTML5, CSS3 or InVision.
- Familiar with project management tools such as JIRA / CONFLUENCE.
- Experience in development environments with agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
