We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support our Social Ads Manager to develop new SEM strategies to improve the company's performance and join our headquarters in Barcelona.

What you will do?

Develop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company’s vision.
Create, design and maintain paid marketing campaigns, especially Facebook Ads, supervised by the Social Ads Manager.
Test campaigns to suggest improvements to other stakeholders. (Video, Design, Copywriters…).
Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
Supervise ROI and KPIs.
Define placement strategy.
Supervise content with designers and video editors.
Optimize content for all SEM campaigns, supported by the copywriting team.
Report results to the management team.

Qualifications:

BSc degree in Marketing or similar field.
Minimum 3 years experience in performance marketing including Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Professional certifications like Digital Marketing Fundamentals and Digital Brand Management will be an advantage
Experience generating SEM reports
Quality content generation and management skills.
Effective leadership and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Proactivity and ability to multitask.

Experience designing and implementing funnels.
Experience in subscription-based strategies.
Knowledge about the music industry or music production.
