Motion Designer

Motion Designer to join our Team.

We are searching for a creative and energetic Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for creating custom promotional content and show packages in close collaboration with other team members for European TV channels. The role also requires the ability to work quickly with attention to detail and an eye for quality and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Broadcast packages creation from concept to storyboarding to animation

Producing digital formats. (Billboard, posters, magazine and banners)

Conceptualize and visualize logos, animations and promotional assets.

Modify and/or rework existing motion graphic/ design layouts.

Qualifications needed for the role.

At least two years of professional graphic design and 2D motion graphics in a tv broadcast environment.
Excellent command of the Adobe package with emphasis on Adobe Illustrator (to create logos and assets) and After Effects (for animation)
Strong knowledge of basic design and animation principles
Ability to follow style guidelines and direction provided by other team members
Ability to provide creative solutions to solve challenges
Written and spoken English and Catalan/Spanish language skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Adaptable and willing to take on suggestions and inputs
Ability to take initiative and make things happen independently and without supervision
Self-motivated to do great work and meet tight deadlines
Proactive communication skills
Maturity to handle extremely confidential information
Open-minded, innovative, creative and eager to learn

Location and Hours:

This is a full time, 40 hours per week role in our studio in Barcelona.
