We are currently looking for a Community Manager to join PowerMBA’s International Expansion Team.
You will manage our global social media channels, building them from scratch. We need proactive, energetic and charismatic individuals who will help make our company and social media channels stand out.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Make PowerMBA’sglobal social media accountsbecome a reference in the business world
• Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for PowerMBA’ssocial media international accounts
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop the campaigns and strategies
• Respond to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
• Define and monitor KPIs
Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
• Native-level English speaker. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
• Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role in social media marketing
• Deep understanding of social media platforms trends
• Excellent copywriting and design skills
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Ability to interpret website traffic
• Knowledge of digital marketing (SEM, SEO, paid ads, inbound…)
