We seek a Community Manager to join our offices in Barcelona.
The main function of this role is to manage the social networking profiles of several hotels for a major multinational hotel brand.
• Writing content for the social networks of several hotels.
• Community management and customer liaison via social networks.
• Plan content for assigned country or region.
• Collaboration in the development and implementation of strategies for Social Media campaigns.
• Reporting of results and statistical monitoring of different profiles.
• Management of paid media campaigns.
• Native English level.
• Knowledge of Spanish would be an asset.
• Experience between 1.5 and 2 years in content writing, with a focus on Social Media.
• Knowledge of social media monitoring and relevant analytical tools.
