Job Description

You’re a math wiz who likes to optimize complex systems? You’re also a pragmatic problem solver? We want you to apply your talents to our traffic acquisition and conversion optimization

Responsibilities

Paid traffic
• Maximize ROI using PPC optimization techniques
• Design and execution of Paid Traffic Campaign Strategy and Engaging content
• Execute Social Media Paid campaigns
• Understand conversion by device, browser and geo-location,…
• Meet aggressive budget targets and KPI
• Budget recommendations for forecasts results
• Identify changes in tools and techniques related to paid traffic

CRO
• Identify and implement Conversion Rate Optimization opportunities for all sources of traffic
Skills
• Very result oriented
• Solid knowledge of Paid Traffic (Google, bing, FB, twitter,…)
• Experience in landing and website optimization (strong control of google analytics, CRO technics)
• Proven successful paid traffic experience on large scale projects
• Strong IT, numerical, project management and analytical skills

Requirements

• University studies with an emphasis on quantitative skills (econometrics, mathematics, quantitative marketing, IT,..) We don’t discard formations if the candidate can demonstrate specific expertise is the functions we have detailed.
• Expert in Adwords: Google Certificate
• Expert in Social Media Ads
• Spanish high level / English very (proficient)
• Minimum 2 years of experience with data related positions & SEM preferably in top agency
