Job Description:

We’re looking for two talented Product Designers to join our dynamic and growing team. We have two vacancies for this role: one in the Australian timezone and one in the Spanish timezone. These are 100% remote positions.

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for our platform. Your work will directly impact the experience of thousands of users globally by transforming complex concepts into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.

• Salary: €1,500 to €2,500 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, etc.) to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and consistent with the brand.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to drive design decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design, technology, and real estate investment to continuously improve the platform.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure a consistent experience across all touchpoints.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.
• Ability to switch between high-level strategic thinking and detailed design execution.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity or experience with Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, or fintech solutions.
• A strong interest in new design trends and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge or experience in the real estate or proptech sectors.
