We are looking for a Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist to focus on our Internal Marketing Strategy. In this position, you will collaborate within our Marketing team to plan, manage, and implement actions to attract and get more potential customers that might need our services.

This is a collaboration opportunity from a generalist perspective, with tasks and projects related to inbound marketing, SEM/SEO or social media, among other areas.

💼 Main responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director and working in collaboration with our Project Managers, some of your main tasks will be:

Collaborate on the design and planification of our Internal Digital Marketing Plan & Strategy
Execution and Implementation of the global designed actions
Develop digital campaigns aligned with the company’s strategy, for internal and external channels.
Evaluate the impact of planned actions to continuously optimize them and measure the return.
Understand our different communication channels through social networks and support the actions carried out.
Create and post interesting content to attract customers
Newsletters & marketing automation workflows management
Report about sector trends, activity, consumer needs and recommendations regarding this
Collaborate with our Design team to prepare and post attractive visual material

🎓Background & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
3-4 years’ experience working on the planification, development and implementation of global marketing initiatives.
B2B Marketing experience
Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish
Proactive professional with positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Hands-on person, with attention to detail and autonomy
Generalist knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, Google Analytics, Inbound Marketing
Experience working with HubSpot, LinkedIn, YouTube and Wordpress
