Job description

ReasonLabs’ studio is looking for a creative Freelance Designer with an entrepreneurial mindset, great communication skills, and an ability to solve problems.

As a Designer, you will be able to develop creative concepts, design usable products, and provide a seamless experience for customers. You will also take part in the creation of campaigns, internal events and brand updates.

You will have the opportunity to experience working within a company that’s at the forefront of modern technology, as well as having the space to learn, grow and develop with an experienced, talented team of designers, in a friendly, creative work environment.

This is a part-time role, with 20 hours per week needed at the start - but with the possibility in the future of being offered a contract if there’s good synergy.

Responsibilities

Communicate design concept ideas through sketches and prototypes

Conceptualize, present, and execute your ideas from A to Z

Design new features, and take concepts through to production

Create an intuitive, cohesive look & feel, and overall user experience for our products

Build and improve design workflows.

Contribute to develop and update brand identity

Design marketing assets, presentations, social media etc.

Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and thinking within Digital Design

### Requirements

Strong design, drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities

At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX and understanding of UI/UX principles

Experiences with Adobe suite, Figma, Design system, Sketch, etc.

Quick sketching methods and the ability to create accurate wireframes

Strong understanding of typography

Ability to meet deadlines in a strong team environment

Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A team player who can easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
