Iván Velasco Bravo

I am a hands on Enterprise Applications Technologist, with a strong focus on CRM, Marketing Automation and Project Management. I design and implement solutions to help businesses become more efficient and reliable.

Due to the broad reach of the applications I work with, I’ve assumed a variety of roles and have been involved in different departments (sales, communication, marketing, product, customer operations…) throughout my career, adapting to the organisation of each business, and/or my role in the project. I feel that this has undoubtedly helped me improve communication with different stakeholders, understand their requirements and translating them into actions.

On an abstraction level, shaping data and business flows is at the core of my work and conducting line through all my projects, regardless of which applications are used to support them. I’m a process geek and I’m passionate about bringing order to chaos.
