Fanny Berthiaume

I am Fanny, a visual development artist and illustrator from Montréal (QC), Canada.

I have been working in the entertainment industry for 14 years and have worn many hats over time. From miniature set builder for the National Film Board of Canada (Higglety Pigglety Pop!, 2010) to 3D environment artist and matte painter on major Hollywood productions (Arrival, X-Men Apocalypse, Beauty and the Beast, Jupiter Ascending, etc.), and in more recent years as a concept artist for TV animation, I've had the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects.

My creative adventures came to a proverbial fork in the road in 2019, when I decided to quit my last studio job in order to start my freelance career.

I now offer services in visual development and illustration to animation studios, publishers and other creative businesses.
