I like how Ellingson uses creative writing and images to come up with art ideas! Since I'm also a writer I can relate to his creative process. Not yet done with the course and I'm learning much already and enjoying it as well.

It's an interesting, really personal, and nearly scientific approach to how you make a conceptual sausage in the kitchen. It's also great bc I'm always fascinated by how illustrators think and come up with a solution to complex problems and figure out a way to find an audience. It might be a bit confusing to a beginner illustrator though bc it covers lots of different grounds that are hard to digest and create meaningful surrealist artwork at the end of it.

Such a thorough and intelligent process to his work! I was blown away through this course, it was easily the best one I've purchased 10/10.

This course is created very professionally; it inspires and gives a lot of useful information. I am very impressed.

I didn't expect to enjoy this course a lot, but I bought it out of curiosity anyway. What a wonderful course it is! Kyle does a superb job of liberating your imagination and then grounding it to the realities and constraints of isometric drawings. His explanation is micro-clear, with an engaging narrative flow and an easy-to-follow logic structure. Highly recommended!
