It's been a great course. I've done it as an extension to another programme lead by Lauren - Charity Bond, and it's been a helpful follow up to dig deeper into visibility. It's spurred me into action and has equipped me with ideas and energy for the next few months, and probably beyond that.

I enjoyed this course very much. Lauren's course has been a great way to focus on the good things and, while we won't take away the negativity bias fully, there are ways to thrive and show up.
