I'm not sure I understand the technical aspect of how to make a detailed action plan but it did give a lot of great pointers and breakdowns on how to run a business, applicable to my specific area (visual artist and storyteller), and raised a lot of good points while focusing of the heart of the business, your reasons to run it, while maintaining sustainability.

I would defo recommend this course, I think it is for businesses of all sizes. simple and easy to follow, especially with the inclusion of the case study, which provides practical insights. I’m optimistic that I’ll be able to implement the strategies in my business and incorporate them into my mindset.
