I am a retired educator-44 years-middle school, high school, university. I have always been interested in art and, whenever I saw great watercolors, I yearned to be able to produce those. My efforts, however, seemed to be infantile and elementary, so I would put them away. After retiring, becoming a widow, and moving, I found I had 10 books on how to watercolor. My sweet daughter gifted me with this course so I could "put my money (or hers) where my mouth was," saying I wanted to watercolor.
