Started to bake since I was a little girl but my life turned me around Universities and several degrees before I realized what always was my real vocation after my second pregnancy when I decided to change my lifestyle and work just on what I really loved and bring me peace and happiness.
After several little courses and a few years working as amateur baker I decided to give the big step and went to study real French high-end and professional pastry and where else than Paris, what better than the self Ritz with most of the best and sophisticated Pastry Chefs in the world and finish my training with the Ritz Tea Sommelier on Ritz - Paris Tea Service Style.
Love Ritz, love my time there, all the experiences, its people the smell, the atmosphere; I simply was so lucky to be able to have the chance of private lessons there with this amazing staff, by side of the most incredible and creative Chefs. Was a dream itself every single day I was there and it worth every second and every single pain on my legs, my back, my hands. All this hard work was not that hard because of all the people around.
Love my school with all my heart and I am so proud of all of them, to me, they are the best in gastronomy, sophistication, elegance, and charm. I met very interesting people, from monarqui, movie stars to models... I did not learn just pastry, I learn Ritz style pastry and tea service, believe this is another whole world.
