Shoes in general, presents a lot of problems with foot number sizes. When you buy a pair of tennis shoes in UK, by example, has a different number in comparison to LatAm or Europe, so its easy to get mad when you buy it by delivery or in a electronic store. Also, if you know your shoes are size 41 on LatAm, don't get surprised if you find another pair of shoes smaller or bigger, in spite of be size 41 too. It's relative because all depends of the maker hand and specifications.
A way to get a solution, was in this case to make a slipsole guide, which indicates you to measure the size of your feet, and then give you the size recommendations, no matter the maker's size specifications.
This brand piece was printed in the product magazine, so a lot of customers get adviced before and they had 35% less complains clients than before.
This was worked in collaboration with Anthony Alfaro
