Absolut Vodka: We Are Peruanos

El proyecto fue diseñar un envoltorio de papel (paper wrap) para la clásica botella de Absolut Vodka en el contexto de la campaña de fin de año de Absolut Vodka.

ENG: The project was to design a paper wrap for the classic Absolut Vodka Bottle. It was made for the end of year campaign for which the brand typically picks a local artist to design the paper wrap. 2019 was the first year they implemented this campaign in Peru and they chose me for the job.

Basada en la consigna de Absolut "We are Humans" se creó el concepto We are Peruanos. El wrap tiene de fondo una versión estilizada de la topografía peruana en el cual conviven 6 personajes característicos en nuestra cultura cada uno con una frase típica de la jerga peruana.

ENG: Based on the brand theme "We are Humans" I developed the concept "We are Peruvians". The colors in the background of the design are a stylized version of the topography of Peru. The characters that inhabit this topography represent six of the most common characters you can find in Peru, though more typically in Lima. Each of them has a speech bubble with a typical saying or "jerga".

En cuanto a los colores trabajé con el azul de la marca y para el fondo también usé variaciones de los colores de la paleta del brand book de la marca.

ENG: Regarding the colors, I chose to work with the typical Absolut blue and for the background I also picked colors form the current Absolut brand book.
