Brigadeiro Craving

Brigadeiro is a brazillian dessert made for birthday parties and for when you need something sweet during PMS or for when you want to make something quick for a girls night while watching movies or reading books. My concept was more like a felling, like when you are craving for something made of chocolate to eat and chill with your friends in a friday night. This felling also remindes me of my teenager years and just learning to deal with being a women and having a period.
Below I show my moodboard and my two stop motions. It was really hard to make it work since I'm at home and without a lot of props and not being able to go out and get some things. Despite that I'm really proud because I did something that I never did before and I'm excited to try later to do something that isn't a GIF.

Teacher PlusHello there! First of all, congratulations on having done such a beautiful work with the things you had at home. We were so excited to see this, thanks!
Your moodboard its excellent, we think you can really get the feeling you wanted to share. We also identify a lot with this idea of adolescence, also, the color palette works really well with this subject, as it does with having your period, femininity, and the craving for something. So congratulations on this too! :)
Both of your compositions have very nice details that you worked out with some very nice and interesting textures!
On the first one, the composition its really great! Maybe it would have been nice to make the shot a bit more high angled or getting more close, so there wouldn't be so much empty space on the right side of the composition.
The one where the brigadeiro is turning on its own, works out really well! The loop is really well done, there's just a tiny jump on the camera, but the detail of the reflection in the mirror is very nice!
Just for future occasions, being a bit more careful with how you keep your props standing. For example on this one, maybe it would've been nicer if you pushed the mirror a bit more to the back and also hiding the tiny box that's helping it stand better. So this way, the reflection of the brigadeiro in the mirror would be more precise because the shape in the reflection now can be a bit confusing.
It'd have also been helpful if the shot was a bit more high-angled, so you could keep the nice embroidery details on the cloth in the back, but not to have so much empty space in the top part of the composition and maybe see a bit more of the floor too.
Thank you so much for sharing this amazing project with us, and for taking our course! We are so happy!
And it's so great that you're excited to try some new things, keep it going! 💗
