Teacher Plus@felvast Thank you for sharing your project with us and for participating so actively in the course! It has been very fun to accompany you in each of these stages and to see how you have shaped this book full of animals! I like the contrasting color palette that you have chosen (I don't know if it applies to cmyk I see them very saturated on the screen) but I still think it works very well and the same with the textures and some finishes that you achieved in the illustrations. The compositions are very interesting, and they give a dynamic rhythm to the reading of the book, between big small, near and far, this is what the boys love. Be careful with the use of typography and the limits or safe composition areas, which are very close to the edges! I think with a color job closer to print, it will be ready to show to publishers. I hope you get your books published and that you keep in contact with the children's publishing medium. Hugs! 👨🎨

Plus@carloshiguera Thank you very much for your comments Carlos, the project was a challenge, worse, very fun and I learned a lot in the course of it.
Regarding colors, when you color your books do you do it directly in CMYK or do you do it in RGB and then you change it to CMYK?
I will have to do the color conversion as I am very used to working in RGB, which I have to change to avoid this.
I have already finished the 7 illustrations of the storyboard, with these 7 illustrations and give it the CMYK treatment, will the book be ready to present it? I'm interested in digital or physical format, I don't know which one you recommend to begin with.

Teacher Plus@felvast as I have been working on different books, I have been polishing the color palette in CMYK. I also like to work with saturated colors in RGB, but I had to fine-tune this issue to later not find surprises in print. This is a matter of personal taste and also trial and error, so it is something you can test with print tests.
With the illustrations finished and the color treatment, you can start presenting the book, of course. If it is for digital format, as you have it now, it would be ready, if it is for physical format you would have to do the color adaptation to cmyk. The two options are recommended and each one has its good and bad things, for example: Digital is published faster and has a greater reach vs print, you have to wait for the production of the book and the scope is limited / royalties from sales in digital they are different from physical ones ... etc. You should investigate when you have the moment / a proposal to decide. Cheers!
