Interesting and curious book.
Enric, I am starting a personal project, an uncle of mine has retired and was a pastry chef, I want to reflect in a book the most significant recipes, with photos, ingredients and preparation. Also a brief bibliography of his career.
Could you tell me where to find a reference to learn and see how to better reflect it? Or something similar.
I am about to start your course and I want to take it by the hand while I study it.
Thanks in advance.

Teacher PlusThank you very much for the note. The course is more focused on the reading book, not illustrated, but it may also help you in your project.
As for guidelines for the book, it is best to go to a bookstore and look at models because it is also a matter of style. In recent years books of all kinds are being made, also very well designed books. Even so, the first thing you should consider are the photos. Are you going to have good photos? Are they quality? If so, do not hesitate to design pages that give prominence to them. Plan them based on whether they are horizontal or vertical, do not change the orientations or the size and reframing of what appears in them. Are there lines? How do you show them? Step by Step? Just some relevant parts? The same: design the page based on what you want to tell, do not lean on long columns of text, it seems to me that you will not have them. Think more about the typical structure of most pages than about grids, margins, and the like. And do not hesitate to copy things that you like. Surely in the end you will put more than your account.
