Very nice, Gabriel! I think the information is very well organized.
Two only adjustments I would make and one tip:
1. Clearer call to action: for example, you would put a button with the text "Book now and save 20%" and below or above the promo code. It is very important to verbalize the action in calls to action, avoiding "Click here" type texts.
2. I see that you make many graphic design games that I like and are very visually attractive, but try to find a balance between text and images in the newsletter. I tell you this for two reasons: 1) All the text that goes in images, it is more likely that it will not read well on mobile devices 2) If the HTML has hardly any text, it is more likely to end up in the recipients' SPAM trays .
3. Advice: perhaps it is interesting to consider putting a phone number for reservations in the newsletter or at least for customer service. Typically helps improve conversions.
