This project was carried out for a company that is developing technology in the field of agronomy, in a city called Arica, north of Chile and south of Peru and Bolivia, where the lands are desert and the sun is our main source of energy. . At Agrícola Pampa Concordia they experimented with melons, carefully grown in buckets. In order to exhibit this project at various fairs and exhibitions, they requested the services of WAKI Labs to develop an attractive packaging that would add value to the product and demonstrate the benefits and main characteristics of all the effort put into said product. The result is a short series of limited edition of rigid boxes that simulate a gift box, where when the lid is removed, the walls open giving way to the surprise of the peculiar shape of this fruit, carefully stored inside another acrylic box transparent with the respective logo engraved with laser technology.
One of these melons was given to the president of Chile, Michelle Bachelet.
