The bakery "La Tahona de Níjar" (Almería) stars in 2017, after more than 30 years with another company, "La Tahona de Pedraza" (Segovia) opened in 1986.<br/> <br/> The owners are the same, and so is the goal, make a high quality bread using the best ingredients, and experiment to create new yummy breads and sweets, but this time the adventure will take place in Almería (South of Spain).
