Hi @thaconchon
It is because the color mode is in CMYK, which is how it is prepared in a professional way to produce but to see it on panyalla (web, blogs, forums, or any other online platform) it is better to put it in RGB. To change it open the images in photoshop:
Image> Mode> RGB
Swap it out and put it back up and it sure looks better.
Ummmm, it may have come out because the rsolution was greater than 300 dpi, it occurs to me that it may be the cause, and when they stamp and resample at 300 they have uploaded it in cm ...?
Open the file you sent to produce and see what characteristics it has
Hi @moniquilla
Thanks a lot!!!! : D
I've looked at it and it was actually my fault. By putting the drawing to the size they ask for, I will have done something wrong, the print is very big and it only happened to me with this one. Well, in the end you can see the details of the watercolor well ... But I'll be attentive for the next ones.
Nice that you liked it. Thanks for your comments, greetings

Hi @moniquilla , I've done my homework. =) Now the colors look good but I have had problems with the scale. One of the prints came out very big ...
