A practical guide with simple breathing, movement, and body awareness exercises to help you enter the creative process with greater presence, calm, and openness. We often start creating out of haste or mental noise: we open the computer, gather materials, look at references, or compare our work to others’ before we’ve even made our first move. Our minds are already racing before our bodies have even caught up. Taking a few minutes to breathe, move, and tune into how you’re feeling can serve as a different gateway into the process. It’s not about doing it perfectly or following a strict script, but about approaching the moment you begin with a little more presence.
