Enlace con datáfonos con .NET

Necesitamos un módulo en .net que quede resisdente en el systray que sirva de enlace entre un software de punto de venta y los datáfonos de Ingenico y Verifon conectables a PC
El proceso sería el siguiente:
- El operario lanza la operación lo que provoca la grabación de un archivo con el importe a cobrar. El módulo a desarrollar lee el archivo y la envia al datafono y el TPV se queda esperando la respuesta.
- La DLL suministrada por Redsys devuelve una información en un string que indica el resultado de la operación.
- Se trataria de grabar este string tal cual
