From the collaboration with Master Chefs of ALMA, Scuola Internazionale di Cucina, Aria Alfa and Aria Beta bowls were born. Two new bowls are rooted in nature, replicating its most authentic forms and thus rejoining the essence of culinary art to the purity of the elements of nature.
Alpha and Beta rob to leaves lightness and typically soft and sinuous shape, making easy to pick up and extremely ergonomic. Beta appears to transpose into the glass an original leaf by which it was possible to drink to natural spring sources or eat directly inside them.
To see Alfa seems to run into a blossoming flower that opening appears to let discover its precious and rare treasure, be it a delicious dish or a prized dessert. Both in standard (horizontal) and in inverted position (vertical), it creates "naturally" different bouquets into the bowl, giving to the chef a rare ally in the presentation of each delicacy.
The other bowl, Beta, allows, thanks to its design, make and serve dishes where you combine solid and liquid components. The presence of the spout makes it possible to directly drink any liquid parts contained (for example, sauces, juices, and other fluid present in the dessert creams ...). Its shape also presents different heights on the sides, which allows you to present the dish with any accessories already supported.
