Hello @lluisbeltranmoreno I understand that what you have raised is a dialogue between two radically opposite elements. On the one hand, on the left, a form closed on itself, introspective, which draws a very interesting silhouette. Inside it houses a good number of forms that give it a very rich, intense and harmonious inner life.
In the element on the right, on the contrary, we find a bunch of lines that try to escape from the group, that do not coexist in harmony. They are forced to share a space and an ascending / descending directionality that they tend to abandon.
The project seems to me, conceptually, very interesting. I don't know if you consider the two elements as a single sculpture or as two works that express antagonistic concepts but must be viewed as separate units. In my understanding, you should consider them as two separate works.
To see them as a single piece I think you should balance the size of the two elements. I do not know if it is due to the effect of the photo, but the piece on the right is a bit small (you should give it greater size and thickness) compared to the prominence and strength of the piece that is located on the left.
In any case, congratulations for this interesting representation of two antagonistic psychological states.
Hi Pepe, indeed the concept I am trying is a dialogue between these two different forms: Solid versus liquid, closed versus fluid, centripetal forces versus centrifugal forces that overflow, that's why they go out of the format. The durability of steel versus the degradable character of wood.
The problem is getting it to form a unit. The similarity of the lines Steel rods in one case with the roots in the other, as you advise me, I have reinforced the thickness of the bundle of roots to balance the two elements. I have also reinforced the circular directionality so that there is a common structure and I have duplicated the color disc to increase the weight of this element and to focus the initial attention by directing it through the capsules towards the upper right corner underlined by the mesh pointing towards the second piece, go down to the blue clamp and go back to the first piece.
