Tu Tienes Estrella
"La Caixa" wanted to make a macro survey of all employees to know their level of satisfaction and above all to collect ideas and suggestions to improve the quality of work of the bank. The challenge was to create a site where the task of proposing ideas was a pleasant and funny experience to encourage all employees to participate in it. We based the concept idea in the star of the corporate logo of "la Caixa" to built a universe of stars, every star was an employee.
So we created the site "Tú tienes estrella", an interactive website where each bank employee was assigned a star with all their profile information of the bank's intranet. They could navigate though a three-dimensional space, click on other stars and see the ideas of his colleagues, vote them, comment them and group them according to territory, popularity or type of ideas. The website generated a massive amount of suggestions and ideas and at the end of the campaign "la Caixa" awarded the best and more useful ideas in a special event in the planetarium of CosmoCaixa.
