Photographing Marcelo Tejedor's dishes is a challenge, they are ephemeral, natural, with few products. Previous plans are not worth it, it is always time to improvise.
Some lovely photos Sole. I am very struck by the red smoke from the coffee (I don't know if it will be flamed or something ... I don't understand much) and the olive oil from the olives is very beautiful
Juanma, the red on the chirimía cappuccino is the effect of the siphon nozzle. The chef placed the foam on the broth and when it was removed, that record remained. We liked it and we left it :)
Since the plate is a trompe l'oeil, then to play with everything.
Oil is an essential element in many dishes, a drop in the right place gives a lot of life. :)
